Superb service and super clean Irish pub/restaurant. They appreciate, respect and recognize the value of the 30+ family crowd AND the parents/couples out to enjoy a night away from their children. We love the atmosphere and can't wait to go out for a Friday night for some fun live entertainment. We have gone for the Saturday night prime rib dinner and was not disappointed - very good gravy too! My husband loves his salmon too and enjoyed the salmon burger on a separate occasion. Their draft selection does not disappoint either. I personally thanked the manager at the end of the night and made sure our classy and cute waitress got a well deserved tip! Well done and highly recommended. We will definitely be going back in the near future. Bottom's up!

Had dinner there on Thursday. The fare was better than I had expected, and there were 4 or 5 menu items I would like to return and try.

Had the braised beef short ribs on colcannon (potatoes and cabbage) with vegetable parpadelle. The braising sauce was very good, but maybe a tad too heavy on the salt.

Others in my party had fish and chips (good portion), the lamb shank (excellent!) and the steak crock (looked good).

Finished the meal with a tower dessert of ice cream and oatmeal cookies. Nothing fancy, very tasty, but how could it not be?

Definitely head and shoulders above other family friendly establishments in the Kanata West area (errm, you know who you are crazy burger place and US pasta purveyor)

We had lunch here about a month ago and it was pretty decent. Love the blarney chips (as always), just wish the cheese sauce was a bit hotter - temperature wise, not spice wise.

I had a wrap and fries and hubby had a leek and salmon pie. Both were excellent. I would rather come here than go to O'Connors any day.
