I'm a student working on my BA at U of O, and am tempted to go to culinary school afterwards.

Like any other food enthusiast, I try to make everything from scratch with local ingredients.

I love Bordeaux red wine and Kanye West.

I couldn't agree more! I took this picture when I was in France, and I dream about these Macarons on a daily basis! I just bought a book on how to make my own...I'll let you know if I'm successful in re-creating these delectable goodies. I may need a guinea pig some time, if you're interested ; )

When at Aladdin, ask for a cheese pie with vegetables (you can also ask for it to be spicy or not)... it's like a mini veg pizza without the tomato sauce! Amazing price.
