Ottawa Foodies

I love to cook. I love ethnic foods of all types. I'm into all things yeast. For a while in the late 80's I brewed my own beer. My current hobby is baking, and am enjoying using my sourdough starter in a variety of recipes. I'm more of a lurker than a contributer - working on changing that. I still remember when rfc had less than 40 contributers, dido for alt.beer (does anyone go to usenet these days?)
