Frikadelle is basically a spiced German Hamburger served on a plate without a bun, and either hot or cold. Onions, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Parsley, and often even Mustard are worked into the ground meat before cooking.

Try Lindenhof, they would be your best bet. Though I imagine you can make them just as good at home....now I'm craving some!

There are several German/European restaurants in town, so those would probably be your best bet to try and find this:

JIJ Beer and Schnitzel Garden
Lindenhof
The New Dubrovnik
Dalmacia
The Rocky Mountain House (slightly out of town)
